The annual city-wide basketball tournament for all Abbotsford-based middle school and high schools basketball teams that encourages youth to make positive choices by participating in sport. More than 750 players, coaches, volunteers and 1000+ members of the community are involved in the tournament each year.
Each year tournament sponsors support the tournament committee to reward thousands of dollars in scholarships to graduating Abbotsford student-athletes.
Championship Saturday on December 13th, 2025, will be hosted at the UFV Athletic & Recreation Centre.
The Abbotsford Basketball Association is dedicated to fostering the love of basketball by supporting community programs, hosting the Abbotsford City Basketball Tournament presented by AbbyPD, and providing scholarships that empower the next generation. By promoting local opportunities and giving back to our community, we aim to connect and inspire basketball enthusiasts across Abbotsford.
